Mission-Driven Training in Culturally Responsive Care

The Osiris Group is a Greater Boston behavioral health organization with a singular focus: delivering culturally competent clinical services to Black, Latino, and urban communities. We believe that being culturally competent when working with Black people is more important than being professionally educated — and we carry that conviction into every aspect of our internship program.

Our interns don't just fulfill their hours. They develop as practitioners who understand the urban psyche, who build genuine therapeutic relationships across difference, and who leave equipped for careers in high-need community settings — including DCF-partnered family intervention work.

“Our Purpose, Our Passion, Our People — we train clinicians who are ready to serve real communities with real skill.”

🏛
Established Organization with Infrastructure
Formal onboarding, clinical oversight, and administrative support ensure your students have a structured, reliable placement experience from day one.
🌍
Rare Cultural Specialization
Students gain direct experience serving Black and Latino populations — a clinical competency that is both in-demand and underrepresented in most training environments.
👥
Licensed & Credentialed Supervisors
All supervision is provided by our licensed Clinical Supervisors — an LICSW and a PhD., LMHC — ensuring your program's competency requirements are fully met.
💵
Paid Placement Across Three Tracks
Our internships are compensated across all three placement tracks — In-Home Therapy, Outpatient Services, and DCF Support & Stabilization — reducing financial barriers for students.
