TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF THIS SITE
General
Your use of The Osiris Group website (the “Site”) constitutes your agreement and acceptance without modification of the notices, terms, and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree and accept without modification the notices, terms, and conditions set forth herein, do not use this Site. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions then in effect.
About The Osiris Group
The Osiris Group is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the Greater Boston community by supporting professionals, parents, graduate students, youth workers, and others who work with urban populations — with a particular focus on Black and Latino communities. The Osiris Group provides culturally competent education, behavioral health resources, mental health support, and community programming designed to strengthen families, promote mental wellness, and help individuals and communities thrive.
The Osiris Group operates under the belief that cultural competency — understanding the perspectives, viewpoints, and value systems of Black and Latino peoples — is essential to effective and meaningful intervention.
Use License
The Osiris Group grants you the non-exclusive permission to view this Site and to print individual pages from this Site for your own personal, noncommercial use, provided that you agree to and accept without modification the notices, terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
As a condition of your use of this Site, you warrant to us that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately cease use of the Site, including any materials that you may have previously printed.

The Osiris Group cannot guarantee the availability of all products outside the United States. The Osiris Group reserves the right to limit quantities, and certain products may be in limited supply or available only in certain areas from time to time.
Prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. The Osiris Group is not responsible for any errors in pricing or product descriptions, including typographical errors, and reserves the right to change prices from time to time.
Non-Profit Donations
The Osiris Group is a non-profit organization. Donations made through this Site are voluntary and support the organization’s mission to serve the Greater Boston community. The Osiris Group will use reasonable efforts to apply donated funds to donor-designated purposes, but reserves the right to apply donations to general operating needs when no specific designation is made. Donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Osiris Group encourages donors to consult a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their contributions under applicable federal and state law.

Jurisdiction and Governing Laws

Arbitration
Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Site and/or this agreement shall be decided by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and any such arbitration proceedings shall be brought and held in Boston, MA, USA. The decisions of the arbitrators shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties, and judgment upon any award may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that The Osiris Group may at any time and without notice change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Site is offered. The Osiris Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access to the Site or any portion thereof to any person or user without notice.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Osiris Group as a result of this agreement or your use of this Site.
The Osiris Group’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Osiris Group’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by The Osiris Group with respect to such use.
